At Artful Case, each item is made to order specifically for you.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • buyer’s remorse
  • incorrect phone model selection
  • ordering the wrong item
  • minor color or print variations caused by screen display differences

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the issue
  • a brief description

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.
